My interview was very basic, related to my previous experience. But the Bangalore office is starting just now and they were looking for candidates having lesser ctc. Even after knowing my ctc they conducted the interviews and then offered me 19% hike with no WFH option. Hence I had to reject. It was waste of time

Management turnover is almost every 2 years, so employees have to perform their jobs according to the new regime. Unless you're a salesman (yes, MAN), the pay is below standard and the yearly wage increases are worse, usually only 2-3%. Misogyny runs rampant at this place. Incompetent supervisory micro-management staff that doesn't even know how their own departments work, and couldn't fill in for their staff, if needed.
