LewisGale Regional Health System interview questions

I was asked to come in for interview. Interview went well, went over job description, etc. Was told I got the job and would hear from hiring manager (the interviewer) following day. Strung me along for a week then finally HR called me back and said they went with someone else.

This was a very short interview. It lasted about 15-20 minutes. A little bit poorly planned. They had hiring manager on speaker phone of personal phone. They described the benefits more than the actual position.
