The interview was on the phone only and was fairly quick. The conversation lasted less than a half hour and started by talking through my resume. Basic behavioral questions were then asked, nothing out of the ordinary. For example, when was a time when you faced a difficult decision in a time crunch? Or, what does leadership mean to you?

The final interview process contained one behavioral interview, one case study interview, followed by a meeting with a current intern. The case study involved high school level math, and depended more on reasoning skills that math skills
