Very technical but the interviewers were very nice and wanted more about the fit in the team. It was a panel of three people and each took turns questioning me.

shockingly disappointing and not what I was expecting. Description seemed to imply a leadership role but questions where ore technical than leadership and focus was on technology that they use today - no account taken for recent technologies or roles

Was told by an company I was interviewing with I would hear back from them the first week of December. The last time we spoke was before Thanksgiving, as I'm trying to respect their decision-making process. Should I reach out again now that we're closer to the date?

When negotiating salary over the phone, can you mention that you know what the salary is for the position you're applying for? E.g. I know people at the company I'm interviewing for in the exact level that I would be in who are making about 15k more than what I am expecting to be offered. Can I say, "I know Managers at this firm make xyz so I would like to be close to that number"

Clerk

This is a Post-Intervew question, and I realize this is as individual as getting a haircut or fixing a cup of coffee. I had an interview with a medical office Wensday and I think it went pretty well. No, big hiccups on my end aside from getting tougne tied for a minute. I felt as though I had a good vibe with the interviewer. How do you after action an interview? (The reason I'm asking is I've been job hunting for near on 3 years now and I'm pretty frustrated with the situation.)
