I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2017
Interview
After applying I completed a phone screen interview with the recruiter. I then did an in-person interview. Creating a sales/sourcing plan was also part of the process.
Hiring manager was very friendly and laid back. Took the time to answer all my questions and share her experiences with the company.

Her line had a lot of static and it sounded like there was a fan blowing through the line. She had to hang up and call me back and the connection was still pretty
