The interview process was extremely organized and informational. It was overall a quick process and consisted of a call with the recruiter, a video call with the hiring manager and 5 additional video calls with key stakeholders. I was very impressed but their timeliness and process.

Question 1
Tell us about a time that didn't go well in a past job and what you learned from it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Initial HR conversation was great lasted 30 minutes, they did a great job portraying the company culture, etc. A follow-up call was set up 2 wks after with the hiring manager for 30 minutes, which went smoothly as I have more than enough experience for the role. In person session was then scheduled 2 weeks after that in which I was to meet 5 people from the team over the span of about 2 1/2 hours. Each session being about 30 mins, everything was straight forward just on your background and experience, very straight forward. Had a good conversation with each individual and was told repeatedly that my experience was a perfect fit, I have more than enough experience, etc, etc. Left feeling great. However it's been 3 weeks since, they closed the job posting now and I've followed up multiple times with no response at all from anyone. So all in all, the process was fine up until post-interview just be prepared to spend your money and 4 hrs+ time to be ghosted entirely.
