I applied through our school, got a phone interview, then I was scheduled to meet with the manager at their office. It was a 1:1 interview, he told me there would be another interview afterwards, could either be phone or on-site depending on my location. but unfortunately I didn't pass the 1:1 interview, they were only hiring on person for the postion.

Had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I then had an in-person interview with three managers. They asked basic interview questions. Be prepared for an excel test. The interview process was pretty relaxed overall.
