Interview
Process: Quick and straightforward. Met with the store manager for a one-on-one interview. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes and you will usually be told that day or the next day if you got the job.

Do you have experience in sales or customer service?
Are you familiar with hat sizing and brands?
How would you approach a customer who just walked in?
Walked around the area and discussed the job in detail. Was told how to act around customers and what to do during intense situations. The manager asked me to talk about a skill that'll help with the job but isn't on my resume.
