I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Life Time (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2014
Interview
Interview process was quick and laid back. I was required to memorize the mission and vision statement which took some practice. Overall the hiring manager was friendly and helpful with answering my questions about the position.
Great people asked a ton of questions as long as you are well prepared and the job is a job you do want with you being in to the gym it is not extremely hard
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2020
Interview
Quick phone interview to see what my availability was and explain a little more about the job. They then called me back a couple hours later to schedule a FaceTime interview. Easy and straightforward process.
Not a positive experience. They took very long to get back to me. Had an unnecessary amount of steps and amount of interviews- 3 in total for a job paying minimum wage and expecting you to buy expensive clothes.

Question 1
No difficult questions were asked. I was told I'm overqualified even though I'm still a student.
