Short easy questions and the manager wanted to know about personality mostly and any experience and what the pay is and the shifts. The supervisor wanted to know about marketing experience to get kids into swim.

Interview
I got called in for an in person interview about a month after applying. I showed that I was a good swimmer and talked to the department head. I was offered the job about a week later.
