Question 1
Have you experienced a disgruntled member/customer before? If so, how did you handle it and what was the outcome? What did you take away from the experience?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Overland Park, KS) in Nov 2015
Interview
Phone interview (about 20 minutes after I applied online) lasted about 15 minutes. When I went for my in person interview about 3 days later, I met with two Assistant Department Heads and the Department Head. Pretty simple interview. Normally they do a third interview where you take another trainer through a workout, but this wasn't required for me.
