Was told that I had the job, and after being 6 minutes late to recite the Mission Statement I never heard from any of the three managers again. I was even told to order my uniform.

Long, tedious. Its a three step process. One over the. phone, one interview to show how I would teach a client pilates. The manager didn't show up for my interview. He showed up an hour late.
