There is a company slogan they want you to memorize and recite, it's pretty easy so don't stress! Typical interview process though. I had a phone call interview, then an in person interview, and then came back once more to meet with management. Asked about certain scenarios from other roles.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time
Interview
It was 1 group interview with about 15 people applying for 3 different positions. We were all asked one question and sat in the room listening to everyone answer for the rest of the time. I got a call back the next day to come back in!

Question 1
One question to test out your reactions & how you handled customer service. Everyone got asked a different question/scenario.
I applied online and got a call to come in for an interview. The interview took place in the cafe and I felt more relaxed since it was an open area. She asked questions about my personal and professional life and some situational questions. At the end of the interview, she gave me the mission and vision statements, which I was to memorize for the next interview with the GM of the club. The interview with the GM was a shorter interview where I was asked the mission and vision followed by questions regarding why I wanted to work for the company. A few days later, I received a call that I got the job.
