I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Garland, TX) in May 2015
Interview
My interview was about 2 weeks after I applied. Nothing was out of the ordinary to your typical interview, although I had to wait about 20 minutes after arriving 10 minutes early.
Follow up interview was exactly 1 week later. You have to memorize their mission and their vision. and their is an abundance of online training that you DO NOT get paid for.

Question 1
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in a work setting/ life experience
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
