Interview
The In Person interview went much easier than I had expected. The Department Head was very friendly and knowledgable. The interview questions that I was asked were very generic and straight forward. I felt comfortable and I had a positive interview experience for the Spa Coordinator position at Life Time.
Short interview with the hiring manager and the general manager. Was very welcoming and had a very engaging conversation. The questions are about the mission statement and values of the Lifetime community essentially.

Interviewed with the General Manager. Good interview meeting, typical questions asked in relation to customer service and product sales as well as handling difficult clients. Asked about work hours desired and when I could start.

Step one is phone interview. Step two is interview with manager. Step three is final interview with general manager. It was an easy process if you came prepared. Dress business professional for all in-person interviews.
