Quick and simple. It wasn’t difficult at all. The supervisor was very pleasant. Staff seem very nice. The interview process was not difficult at all. They were very understanding and it was quick around 30 minutes.

Interview
There was a preliminary quiz to assess previous knowledge of blood services and the requirements to maintain a safe inventory. After the quiz there was a 1:1 interview, although I was told there could be another applicant interviewing at the same time. The flow of the interview was relaxed and allowed me to confidently answer questions without pressure.
