Odd, awkward interview. Recruiter gave an overview of the company, which was very clearly her reading off a prepared info sheet, and then asked me if I had any questions about the role. Like it was asked in this weird, reverse interview sort of way, it was just strange. I had to ask her if she had any questions for me or my experience, and she asked what I did at one place, as in what my job was there, even tho my resume is extensive. No behavoural questions, no questions about experience, no examples of how I handled things. Nothing. I didn't take her as a serious recruiter. It was just a screen but it makes me not take the company seriously. Who knows if I'll hear back.
