Applied on LinkedIn and had rapid response from recruiter. National recruiter phone interview took place same day as local treatment director video interview. Process was rapid, informal, low pressure. It felt like all they were looking for was psychotherapy experience.

Fast detailed interview. Meet with recruiter and then an interview is scheduled. The interview is made up of scenario questions, experience questions, and goals. The interview isn’t too hard. I recommend asking questions to get to know the company more
