I arrived 10 minutes early to a mid-morning interview at a noisy, cramped Starbucks. I had no idea what the interviewer looked like or what to expect from them. Five minutes after the interview was supposed to begin, still unaware of who I was meeting, they texted me to ask if I was going to come to the interview . It turned out that they had been sitting at a nearby table all along. The interviewer was soft spoken and difficult to understand.
