Had a phone interview with HR which lead to a phone interview with the manager. That lead to an interview with the director. The manager called to give me the job offer and go over salary/sales goals.

The interview process was less than professional. It was obvious that the interviewer didn't want to be there. Ridiculous for any company. Initially a phone interview then moved to a zoom process.
Initial screening by HR with very basic questions, followed by Microsoft teams meeting with national sales manager and district sales manager . More in depth interview, but very conversational and friendly.

The interview process was a four step place process. 1- initial phone screening interview 2- HR video interview 3- in person interview with local direct management 4- final phone interview with upper management
