      Retouch Interview

      Sep 24, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Lifetouch

      Interview

I initially got an application and filled it out and brought it in. I waited 3 weeks for a confirmation on my position being open before getting a call about it to confirm my choice. I then had to wait another 2 weeks before my actual interview at the facility where I got a tour of the department I was to enter. After that I went with the department supervisor for my interview and was asked around 15 questions about my experience with the programs I use and how it'd apply in the work environment even if it isn't a true representation of my department i'd be going into. I then waited another few weeks before I got told I was hired and had to come in to fill out some forms and then go for a drug test so that I could be test pre-employment. I then had to wait a week before I was given a date of my employment and was later told that it was not going to happen so soon so I had to wait another approximately 4 weeks before I actually got into the door and was officially employed.
