I appreciated how the interviewers took the time to really understand my background and motivations, while also giving me a transparent view of the role and company culture. The conversations were thorough but not overwhelming – a good balance of technical and situational questions, combined with open dialogue. It was clear they value diligence and authenticity, which made me feel comfortable and respected throughout. Overall, a very positive and fair process that left me motivated to join the team.
