It was an very smooth process from day 1.
Venky and Jordan were transparent and shared all the details about the role and next steps.
They provided me with all the information needed and their support has been invaluable.

Round 1: Basic screening questions (need for change, designation, Location, WFH, and basic role clarification)
Round 2: Scenario based questions on the current role.
Round 3: more information was provided on the role, culture, expectations and what needs to be achieved.

Interview
