Overall, the interview process was good. I felt like all of the evaluations were constructed to fairly evaluate candidates, and the structure of each round meant that candidates were being evaluated on the same criteria. There were some time lags or small gaps in communications at times, but I think that is a factor of the recruiting team making a lot of hires at the moment, and ultimately, they did ensure to follow up and provide updates throughout the process. As for the process itself, there were three rounds: First round was an HR screening discussion to verify experience and also had some behavioural questions. Second round was with two hiring managers that was additional behavioural questions, and very process-focused. Third round was a case interview where you walk the interviewers through a previous project that you've worked on to show the process and how you worked with others to tackle a project. I had heard from some others that they also had a fourth round speaking with a VP, but I think that might have been skipped in my case as a more senior product leader conducted my third round interview.
