Initial call, followed by a meeting with a Manager, and then Senior Director. Initial call screened for a basic fit to the job description and qualifications. Second meeting centered around my readiness to lead the team as it exists today. The third was a lightning paced back and forth full of questions seeking to determine competency, spiced up with several imagined scenarios to gauge how I’d respond. Opportunity was given in each interview to ask any further questions, and it was typical to hear back with feedback after each step. Really a phenomenal experience!
