I applied online. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Amsterdam) in Jan 2024
Interview
I had an amazing 45-minute discussion about the position during my office visit – it was such a positive experience! Before that, our phone conversation had them letting me know I was moving to the next round. And post-hiring, they stuck to their word about the timeframe for keeping me in the loop. Exciting times ahead!

Interview
The interview process went really fast. It entailed a phone interview over the basics and an online test regarding customer service and technical skills. And a final interview round with the department team leads. It was a very nice atmosphere, and I felt welcome, and the questions asked felt natural for the job.
