I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lightspeed (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had the initial screening with Claire who was amazing and then a virtual interview with the management team. There was a home assessment that needed to be done before the interview which took around 1-2 hours. Overall the whole process was smooth and comfortable.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Dijon, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was cut in three major steps :
- A phone call with HR to assess my ability to understand and speak in english, with some few questions
- A survey to gather some informations about how I would deal with some Lightspeed's context situations and how I handled some former professional situations
- An interview with two team leaders to further complete my profile and to clearly explain the job
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Amsterdam) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process went really fast. It entailed a phone interview over the basics and an online test regarding customer service and technical skills. And a final interview round with the department team leads. It was a very nice atmosphere, and I felt welcome, and the questions asked felt natural for the job.
