Interview process is about 3 weeks, I applied online and a week after given a link to take a short video interview. After was an in-person interview with two mangers.

Interview
The recruiter only interviewed me for about 6 minutes. Asked me a few questions, and I asked some questions about the position, which he really didn't know the answers. I checked the status of my application on the website a half hour later and discovered I was not selected. How could you determine I wasn't a good fit for the position after only speaking to me for 6 minutes. This is supposed to be a company that prides itself on diversity.
The interview process was a panel interview with other short term disability managers and they each asked you questions. They also give you opportunity to ask questions as well. Once interview was over, I sent thank you letters to the managers the next day.
