I had an introductory interview with a recruiter, I then had two half hour interviews with different sales mangers. They asked the same basic questions so it seemed like they had no coordination.

Interview
1 phone screen and 1 in person interview. They vaguely mentioned compensation. Made it seem like there was a lot of room for growth but there was not. The company as a whole is great but this department was pretty corrupt
