There was not really an interview, you were just required to take a skills and comprehension test after reading an eighty or so page pdf file on project guidelines.

No formal interview at all. Hiring is based on your resume and whether or not you pass an open manual exam. All communication has been through email and you are required to create a live.com email for correspondence after you meet qualifications.
