A welcoming environment with cool, down to earth people. They ask very practical questions to determine if you have the mindset to learn how to effectively test software and report issues. They offer a scenario of a problem in a game and how you would go about reporting and providing details about the issue.

What information do you think is important to provide to a game developer if you find a bug in their game?
1st telephonic round was conducted. then in the office they took english test, followed by audio test,and these test face 2 face interviewwas conducted for 20 miniutes by the testing team manager
