2 on phone interviews, two skill testing exams. Once you pass the exams you need to go through the background check. The process took about three weeks. It was relatively easy. If you have linguistic background and skills you should not have any difficulties to get hired. Once hired they will provide you all exercising materials and will monitor you during your first interpretation cases.

Sent resume was called 6 months later. Interview was very easy. Don't worry they just want someone who shows up on time and isnt very crazy. Their test was over the phone!!! anyone could take it for you-- craziness....
