Time-effective. Recruiters are good and kept me informed about the process and next steps. They all seem professional and have many years of experience. I will recommend this company to anyone looking to join a European company.
This company has the poorest interview process in town. The process is not at all aligned with the role. The machine test is poorly setup and it doesn't analyse anything at all. It's not even realtime but some junk test. Don't waste your time with them. It's not your fault it happens when a company doesn't know the hiring process correctly. They can't ever get a good candidate with this junk process.
