I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (Bengaluru) in Jun 2017
Interview
There were a total of 4 rounds: 2 technical, 1 managerial-cum-technical and 1 HR.In the first round, I was given a requirement and asked to write code to achieve the requirement. Later I was asked questions about the code that I had written. In the 2nd round, I was given some scenarios and had to use whiteboard to write pseudo-code. There were some algorithm questions at the end of the round. 3rd round started with managerial discussion with the director of engineering. At the end of the discussion, I was given a fairly complex graph problem to solve. Last round was HR discussion and I got a very broad of company history and its products. The whole interview experience was seamless and fun.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (Emeryville, CA)
Interview
I was applying from outside the area. I had a phone screen with internal recruiter and engineering manager. I had another online coding phone screen.
After passing those, I flew to Emeryville for an all day onsite interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
You first have a phone-screen with a recruiter that tries to get a little background information then gauge your salary expectations. You then have a phone screen one of the lead engineers. Then an onsite interview where you meet with several team members one at a time where they ask you a bunch of questions to determine you experience and qualification level.
