I was contacted for a phone interview with their Recruiter. The interview started with her apologizing as she was working at home with her dog that farts and burps. She used foul language during the interview which I found to also be unprofessional. I did not get a sense there was a lot of preparation as she asked a bunch of random interview questions then told me about the position which ended up being a very different description from what was in the posted job description. She said someone would be in touch regarding next steps but I have not heard from anyone.
