Interview
Started out with the same online test that others have described. Followed by two phone interviews, the first of which went more in depth with the answers I gave in the online test. The second phone interview went into some more background, and then I was asked an unexpected probability question, the kind of which would be easy to solve with formulas and a calculator (which I was not allowed to use).
