Through Adecco, you submit a bunch of video interviews through a website they provide. After you're successful, they do the onboarding process like submitting tax summaries, right to work, references etc.

First question on the phone call interview when did I last work which is stated in my cv. Which was provided to them. Couldn't go ahead with interview and hung up on me. Also did not state in the job description about work in the last few years was required for this job role.
