I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Apr 2008
Interview
Both the human resources, recruiters, and interviewers (future co-workers) were immensely helpful and friendly before, during, and after the interview. While it may be difficult for new hires and recent graduates to bargain for higher wages because of set pay rates, other benefits are easily discussed. The interview went by extremely quickly and was no hassle.
