Applied online, revived phone call a few weeks later inviting to interview. Interview day in Havant consisted of a group task, around 5/6 people per group, an interview and 2 tours. Interview was 2:1, and lasted about 45 minutes.
Within a week received a call with job offer.

A few days after submitting my application I was informed I would be having a telephone inteview. 2 weeks later I found out I was successful and was invited to an assessment day/face-to-face inteview. I'll write another review once I've had the assessment day.

Online application through career website, 3 months waiting, then email for invite to assessment centre with 3 weeks notice. On the day, company presentations and job information, one group task (18 candidates, 2 groups) then tour of the site and 2 to 1 interview of 45 mins. They promise feedback after a week but received none, not even a rejection email.
