Depending on the urgency of filling the position and how well the application meets the requirements of the vacant position determines how quickly the contact company will contact you back. Once you are in the interview process, they like to hear that you are aware of the type of position you are applying for and what you know about the business. They like to hear that you have similar experiences that will assist you in meeting their performance standards.

The interview process was very fair, and I felt comfortable with the process. The questions were relevant to the job, and I was able to ask questions. They asked specifically about the duties I would be covering.

The interviewers for this position at Lockheed Martin were very nice and quite surprisingly friendly. They were very interested in learning why I wanted to apply and telling me more about the position.
interviewed with 2 people. they asked basic questions. thought it went pretty well then 2 weeks later got the generic denial email. will keep applying since i would love to work there
