The interview process was straightforward and honest. Very detailed and thorough. I was notified fairly quickly of their decision and was sent an offer letter in less than a week.

Interview process was about 1 hour long with 3 personnel. Of the interviewers, one was my PM, one was my direct supervisor and the other was an admin. Most of the questions were very basic (ie. why do you want to work here, what are you strengths). The interview was professional other than the senior board member requesting me to drop my hair down.
