I applied online, and was then contacted by the hiring manager. We spoke twice, and then spoke to the Human Resources Generalist. We scheduled a site visit and had a panel interview and tour of the facility. The manager called the next day to offer the job. It took an additional two days to get the salary details.

Overall the interview process at least for me was very easy, I didn't feel pressured in any way comparing to other interviews I have done. Little to no technical questions just rather what I did within my previous job(s) and even experiences I have from my education.
