I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Ampthill, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Had an initial phone interview assessment, followed by a second technical interview online. The process was followed by a job offer and a contract was signed. Whilst waiting for my Security Clearance from the UK home office, the job offer was rescinded and given to another candidate. This was a challenging scenario on my part as I was never told this could happen and had turned down interviews and offers of employment elsewhere.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Sep 2019
Interview
Phone interview with multiple managers. Review of resume. Pretty standard questions. Some technical. Mostly “tell us about a time...”.
Allowed time at end for me to ask questions as well.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a project team that did not want to meet the objectives fast enough.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Houston, TX) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview process contained a phone call interview that lasted about 30 minutes and then they flew me out for an onsite interview which lasted about 4 hours. I first met with HR and went through the benefits and work schedule etc. Then I had a panel interview with many of the managers and peers with the departments I would be working for. There were a lot of open ended questions of what type of personalities I find hard to work with along with the normal "How are you motivated" type questions. Everyone was very professional and at the end of the interview they gave me ample time to ask questions back to them about the position. I was also given a tour of the facility when everything was completed.

Question 1
No real difficult questions. More personality questions rather than technical question.
