I applied online. I was invited to a college hiring event and after a few interviews (4), I was given a job offer which I accepted. The interview process was extremely easy, and the offer was sent in a few weeks.

I did 4 different interviews. 3 were personal (nothing technical was asked) only 1 technical.
Zoom interview, Mostly getting to know you, your projects, some behavioral questions, and 2 technical questions which, if you earned a degree in electrical engineering, you should be able to fire off answers to in a few seconds.

Easy. Was just a conversation no technical questions. No stupid questions. I guess that the interviewers liked me because i got the job!
