I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Logic20/20 (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was introduced to a Logic20/20 recruiter through a friend from church. After my first meeting with the recruiter he decided to recommend me for a series of interviews in the business practice. I met with a Senior Consultant, Manager, and VP over a four week period. The meetings were low-stress, lasted 30-60 minutes, and allowed me to interview the company in addition to allowing my counterparts to interview me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were focused on my background and how it might relate to potential client engagement. There were a few unscripted case study questions that were helpful in allowing me to communicate various problem-solving skills.
There was 3 rounds in total. 1 HR screen and 2 rounds with other consultants. All questions are behavioral. Super easy and relaxed. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Come prepared with STAR style stories and you will be golden.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Logic20/20 (Seattle, WA)
Interview
One round with the hiring manager focusing on thought process & cultural fit; the second round with a more technical focused on the evaluation of technical skills (in this case tableau)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1: more understanding how you approach problems and work collaboratively in a team (what kinds of questions do you ask, how do you try to make sure your work is usable by others) Round 2: explaining specific features in Tableau, when/why you would use joins vs relationships vs blending, etc.
Ethan made the entire recruitment & interview process very easy. I was interviewing for a consultant position that was 100% remote. Communication through calls, texts and emails were extremely convenient and made the process seamless for my busy schedule. I interviewed with Liz and Ethan and both were extremely helpful and thorough. I was able to ask questions and get answers from salary to benefits to work expectations, experience and culture of the company!
This is great news! We’ll pass your comments on to the hiring team, including Ethan and Liz. We’re glad you had such a good experience with our recruitment process and hope things continue to go well for you!
