No communication whatsoever, constant follow ups and no replies. Code challenge completed well but no feedback after asking multiple times.
- 28/12: Found job position on LinkedIn. However after clicking the apply link, it took me to the job listing page on the Playstation jobs website and not the individual job. I search all the jobs, where the position was not listed.
- 28/12: Searching LinkedIn, I managed to find a couple of relevant contacts. I signed up the LinkedIn premium and messaged 2 people with the issue, to which I received no replies.
- 01/01: Looked for contact information on the Playstation jobs website. Found a Twitter handle and postal address.
- 01/01: Sent a tweet asking about the job
- 01/01: Sent a letter asking for more information and if it's available.
- 06/01: Got a reply on Twitter, stating the job was no longer available.
- 07/01: Got a response to my letter and then after recommending me to email someone else, found that the position was actually still available.
- Various emails send back and forth (replies taking days) with the person asking questions like "would you be interested in progressing to this stage?", well I sent a letter..?
- 15/01: No reply so messaged again.
- 18/01: Finally sent the code test.
- 21/01: Completed code test, which I spent a major chunk of a weekend completing and sent across.
- 03/02: Sent a follow up email as I had not heard anything.
- 10/02: I messaged to see where things were at, which thankfully nudged the correct people for some action.
- 12/02 Person got in touch explaining there were issues due to ongoing interviews and team members being unwell. Had a chat with another member the same day and said would get in touch after.
- 18/02: Did not get in touch with me, so yet again I follow up with an email.
- 19/02: Was told another meeting with a team member was taking place today and would be told after. Was told it was also his last day is Friday 21st...
- I complained again, and got sent a PSN code as a token, but the code didn't even work and never got a reply when I mentioned this.
