Long Realty interview questions

Pretty straight forward process. . You should Dress professionally. Typical HR questions were asked by the HR person. Comfortable environment to interview. Not high pressure. The office building is nice.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews in one session which lasted over 3 hours. Multiple were panel interviews. They stated that regardless if I got the position or not, they would let me know how I did. However, this did not occur even after a follow-up. The same questions were asked multiple times in every round and were written down with your answer. They made it very clear during the process that they are looking for someone that is ok with a lower, hourly pay, and that you will be working as part of a team. They are looking for someone long term and a specific personality that gets along with the team. The entire process felt like more of an interrogation than anything and them verifying if your answers were consistent throughout the multiple panels.
