LongHorn Steakhouse Interview Questions

The interviewers were 20 minutes late to interview. During the interview, they would leave me alone for up to 10 at a time with no explanation. Overall very unprofessional and upsetting.

They took me back and asked me questions. I waited for a while though. The staff was so nice while I was waiting though. Bro I swear I have entered thirty words already what is goingon.

Had 3 separate interviews with the sales manager, kitchen manager, and the GM. Asked basic questions and relevant work experience. Also asked about available work dates and how to deal with difficult guests.

Interviewed as a server and got hired as a server. Said I had little restaurant experience so they started me as a host. Became pretty clear they weren’t going to make me a server so I walked out.

Interview with 2 managers. Asked about previous experiences and interests. Talked about the company. Very relaxed, with open conversation. Will make sure you're comfortable by offering you something to drink.

Spoke to two managers the same day they asked about prior experience if I’d ever eaten there, explained my role and answered my questions regarding tips in that position. I was told they would call the next day with a decision either way and never received a call

The interview process was comprised of three interviews, one with kitchen manager, then the service manager, and finally managing partner. I got a call back after about a month of waiting.

It was pretty straightforward and I received an offer pretty quick. However I did have to follow up because I didn't hear from them but after I followed up it went smooth.

A very positive experience. It was not very difficult at all. I did have two interviews with two different members of management and was offered the job on the spot.
