Applied with City of Los Angeles Personnel and put onto an eligibility list. Was invited from the list to take a qualifying exam for LADWP 7 months later. Soon after, top candidates from the exam were invited for a panel interview.

The interview took place online on Webex video call. They process was quite strict: they check to see if theres no notes around you first before the interview begins. Two senior associates who are part of the position were there to interview and ask questions regarding the position.
