I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Los Angeles Water and Power in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied on Campus. I was selected for on campus interview about a month or two later but interviews were delayed indefinitely due to covid. After 6+ months was scheduled for an online zoom interview. Interviews are scored out of 100 and I think a passing score is 70. If you pass the 1st interview you are put on an open list and you have to wait to be contacted back for the 2nd interview. It has been well over a year since I submitted my initial application and I am still on the open list ( haven't been scheduled for a 2nd interview) so basically a lot of waiting and uncertainty.

Interview
The interviews did not want to seem to want to connect on a more personal level. they simply wanted their questions answered and robotic like. I tried to extend the conversation but one kept cutting me off and the other was clearly the "good" guy.
